We got cabbage in last week's farm share, one small-ish head. And I really didn't know what to do with it. Slaw, of course, is a good option. But slaw seems like food for a cookout, not dinner at home. I found this Rachael Ray recipe after a search online (Find: cabbage plus other things I don't have to go to the grocery for.)
It wasn't terribly impressive. Maybe because I refused to use the whole stick of butter it called for? We ate it for dinner and Kyle and I both ate some leftovers, but I don't think the recipe will be a keeper.
Let me know if you have any other good ideas for cabbage! We're sure to get it again.

If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea,
Even there Your hand will lead me,
And Your right hand will lay hold of me.
