I'm not sure it was the wisest Thanksgiving week plan (cooking? cleaning? those would have been good), but apparently Thanksgiving Step 2 is to spend hours on Monday night with friends eating an obscene amount of satay. Stomach-stretching in preparation for Thanksgiving maybe?

We ended up at Lau Pa Sat (one of Singapore's oldest food centers) and Satay Street last night with a bunch of friends to eat meat on a stick at a table outside. The weather was incredible, there was live music, the peanut sauce was yummy, we were surrounded by great friends, and Kyle and I had Wendy's Frosties for dessert. It was well-worth the adjusted Thanksgiving prep schedule.
