This isn't terribly interesting, but we finally used our spinach Thursday night. Alli just threw it in a pan with a bit of olive oil and heated it to wilt the greens. As you can see, they cook down quite a lot. Alli ate hers plain, I salted mine and tossed on a bit of the leftover ginger dressing from the lettuce wraps. It was good as usual.
We also grilled some ravioli as the main course, but I'm going to save telling that whole story for a dedicated post, which I'll hopefully accomplish soon.
